I don't know the people at Pligg-Templates and I' don't want to bash them but you're getting ripped off if you spend more than $5-10. I can install pligg in less than 3 minutes if there are no problems (not counting time it takes to upload files). I'm not sure how you can beat the a price of $5 to have a pligg developer
