| Look at your php/apache logs during the submit process and see if it's throwing any errors. Also, the Firefox extension called Firebug really helps for debugging issues. Another thing is that some setups don't throw errors onto the page for you to see. Sometimes you have to view the html source of the file to see if there are any errors being outputted. It will also be nice to have a link to your 9.5 install.
