I dunno whether a similar thread exists (in search I didn't find one) - but thought to go ahead to create one.
If you plan to translate Pligg lang.conf file to other languages, please make sure you translate the following files, pack them in the same folder structure and attach to this thread - this will make the work a lot easier.
If you plan to start with - use the enclosed package for English that will help you get started:
