I agree, or at least keep the current pligg version updated once every 2 or 3 months or something. Iv tried countless times to install Pligg and it just dosnt seem to work fully the way it should

. Either something isn’t working or it works but outputs sql errors or broken CSS in the user made templates or modifying the index.php to work with new user made templates....Just overwhelming for a new user that expects this to work out of the box.
I have to say it would be nice to have a nice clean easy to install version with most of the current user made templates installed with it so all we have to do is simply run the install.php file and be done with it. Then make the changes we wish in the admin panel (IE. templates, language, output text on home page..) No needing to run to the wiki and change files and ask questions on the forums and PM users...
Just my 2cents, I hope one day to get Pligg to work on my web server until then I guess im stuck.
PS. if someone is willing to help me out in getting Pligg to install and work without any mysql or php errors then id be more then happy to spend some time this summer applying each new mod I find to the working pligg software on my web server and then zipping it up for download. PM me if you think you can get Pligg to install on my server
