Talking Can not see RSS Importer or other modules
Just installed V9.7 and activated the RSS Importer Mod. In the Admin Panel, When I select RSS Importer to proceed the its configuration, I am taken to a blank page: http://www.mydomain.com/module.php?module=rss_import

If I install any other Modules, again when I click on their link in the Admin panel I just get a blank page!

Any one else had this problems with modules?
