Many mail servers will bounce back a mail if you donot set the from address to a valid email address - that is counted as spam. So if you really think your mails should land to your receipants - you should reveal your mail address - a simple suggestion is o have a dummy or catch-all mail address like
info@my-domain.com or
contactus@my-domain.com - so save your personal inbox of any potential spams.
