Well, as I stated,
check out these videos and you will know what exactly
DUPLICATE CONTENT is. Use the playlist to watch the second video, as that is the one that explains what it is and what you can do to not ever have it. The first video explains how to get double listings. That one will be harder to achieve because Pligg doesn't allow full control of the meta and title tags info for category pages. I found a work around for that though by creating 3 main static category pages and naming them "
keyword-phrase.php". I just did this and will test it to see if the double listings come through for me. I will report back (probably in a newer post) amongst my personal findings.
Anyway, someone created for pligg a
duplicate content filter for search engine spiders only to index published pages, category pages and individual story pages. It works well, but obviously since we cannot change the title and meta tags for category pages, then there
might be some duplicate content trouble here. I said
