I seem to be having a similar problem, but nothing fixes it... I get a "Oops, what you're looking for isn't here!" page in the main window.
I also get a pop up that displays the top part of the website, but nothing useful.
The .php files created are both in the root of the website.
I made sure I edited admin_links_center.tpl
Running 9.8.2
Any ideas whats wrong?
