How to package a 9.9 template for distribution.

Once your template is Beta 9.9 compatible and you've modified your template_details.php file, go to the 'template_manager' module. There will be a button to 'package' your template. This will create a .TAR file. Post that .TAR file in a forum post and other users will be able to download and install your template using the template manager.
