In the meantime this patch allows multiple tags to be importing into Pligg. I tested this and Pligg imports the tags as expected.
The location of the file to patch is modules/rss_import/magpierss/rss_parse.inc and I attached the file to this post. If you use the file make sure to change the extension back to "inc"

Hello, this is working fine up to one point. If the tags have special separators like "/" or " - " the string is treated like
one "tag" e.g. "Politics/Economies" - but I would like to have two tags, like "Politics" and "Economies". Where can I add characters ("/"," - ") which are filtered out? Can you help?
