View the appropriate forum that you want to post in and look at the top before it lists the recent threads for a "New Thread" button.

As for the thread topic ...
We already provide a lot of free support for an open source project. We already offer email updates whenever there is a major release or security release. We have developers frequently answering users threads with solutions, a helpdesk for Pligg Pro support and a lot of other features for no cost.

By switching to a subscription model for premium support we would have to be able to make enough through subscriptions to employ at least one person full time to take care of all of the issues that come up. I would also not want to risk alienating standard members. If we offered a paid and non-paid support, I imagine some people would get pretty upset. We considered this idea a while ago, but we chose not to pursue it because of these issues. Since then the project has grown quite a bit and we are always looking for a solution that would allow us to employ our lead developer AshDigg full-time.

I would really need a definition for what would be covered in premium support. Would it be basic Pligg install and server customization to get things running? Only a private forum for priority support? If someone could come up with a basic plan and a dollar amount they are willing to pay each year for that plan I would be glad to listen.
