1- just download the lang_english.conf file to your computer.
2- open the file in notepad or in a different editor.
3- translate it to turkish and save it with same name.
4- then upload it back to the same place in your server.
thats all.
or, you can do it from your admin panel.
1- Pligg beta 9 Home » Admin » Modify Language
2- change each line and save
