It shouldn´t be too hard: Admin - Configure Pligg - Admin Language. You type in every word that is still English and you get the word and the variable name.
Then you download the lang.conf (the 9.9 name is a little bit diffent). You have to download because the online editor causes chaos with non-ASCII-characters. Next you have to search for the variable name inside the file with a text editor and change it. Finally, you upload the file and check the result.
