Excuse my english, i'm french and it's so difficult...
I want to know if you have any solution to my problem.
I want create a iframe for outgoing link with the button vote.
I change the out.php file to do the iframe and i put the evb button.
But this button don't update automaticaly.
(you understand???)
The function evb is like the onclick redirect in the story page... and i don't want this, i want that my visitor can read the content of the story on the website source and vote directly if they want whitout return on my site story page...
look my outgoing link and tell me if you have any solution???

My url rewrite doesn't work i take all solution in the forum but nothing... (my server 1and1.fr) any solution ???
