I got it working, you have to delete all the .htaccess in the coolwater dirs
main and subs
apache showed me this
~/templates/coolwater/.htaccess: Options not allowed
so the command in the .htaccess was bad but i was to lazy to fix it so i just deleted the .htaccess files, 4 total i think
