I like the sidebar modules in Pligg, they just have no function. Pretty to look at, but that's it.
This mod will give you sidebar modules with functionality.
I used a script from
Dynamic Drive and integrated it flawlessly into Pligg.
Features:
- Persistent Sidebars by cookie. It will remember sidebar modules closed or open state when a user returns to the site.
- Set all sidebar modules open by default.
- Set all sidebar modules closed by default.
- Set a combination of open/closed by default.
- Set to have only one open sidebar module at a time. One opens, the other collapses.
This is set up for the default Pligg template and tested with 9.9, but is easily added to other themes provided they use the default style side modules. No, I do not know if it's compatible as it stands with other versions of Pligg, but I believe it would be.
