I have got a lot of interest in my site and users have been doing a lot of the submitting however they don't stay around much to vote or comment on other posts. Like what bbrian017 said if you give users a way to interact they will stick around a little longer. I am trying to work some stuff into my site and hopefully accomplish this. Good topic.
