This generally means your server is not set up to use url_fopen. This is a general setting on most php servers, although some discount type servers turn this off.
You should be able to get around this by going to:
Admin> Configure> Submit> Validate URL
Set that to false.
Also I see this is your first post so I'll give you some advice.. Please search the forums before starting a new thread. This has been asked numerous times before.
