1)PliggTemplates Club have
forum , please ask questions on the templates there , I will answer you there faster.
2) Problem with /libs/lang.conf, no problem template. The problem mainly arises if you have installed the module for earlier versions Pligg.
Old templates have 2 version, 9.9 and earlier versions, maybe you install a template for an earlier version.
