ive changed the config file, and heres the kicker: when i am not logged in and i go to post a new story as an anonymous user, it takes me to login.php, even if i put
www.sitename.com/submit.php in the address bar. it simply will not let me post anonymously. try it for yourself. go to confessr.com and try to post by clicking confess your sins, just for ****s and giggles... weird, huh?
