Have you noticed the new Pligg.com homepage? How about the new sidebar with "Pligg Featured Sites"? You can now purchase a slot in that sidebar to display an image advertisement for your own Pligg site.
Updated: February 18, 2008 Advertising Rates:- (1) Month front page (30 days): $90
- (1) 1/2 year front page (182 days): $400
Rates breakdown per day:- Month : $3.00/day
- 1/2 Year permanent: about $2.20/day
Ad Layout:- All advertisements will be displayed on the pligg.com homepage sidebar.
- As a bonus we may also add other portions of the site such as the blog, forum or pro shop.
Requirements for Advertisers and Promoted Sites:- *Each website must be currently using the Pligg code in some form
- Each website must use a heavily customized template. We don't want to see out-of-the-box Pligg templates.
- Each advertiser is responsible for payments 24 hours before renewal.
- Featured sites must backlink to Pligg either in the footer or in some sort of "about" page. Any existing contracts will not be held to this new policy until the original contract expires.
- *Pligg will not accept sponsorship from adult-oriented sites, or sites affiliated with adult material.
Requirements for Image Advertisements:- Images must be either jpg or gif
- Images should be 175px (height) by 85 px (width)
- Images should use a white background when possible.
- Images may not use animated graphics
Payments will be paid via paypal and sent to
pligger@gmail.com. All money gained through advertisements will go toward the development of Pligg.

We reserve the right to not accept advertisement applications for any reason not explained here, we also have the right to terminate any advertisement early. Refunds for early terminations will be considered on an individual basis.
(*) No refund will be issued for sites explicitly breaking a rule marked with an asterisk above. Each advertiser will receive advanced statistic reports weekly documenting their ad views, ad clicks and clickthrough rate. Advertisers will also be provided with an online account where they can view their statistics and generate reports.
