Cannot install Pligg on windows

I've tried on three different servers:
Godaddy
IXwebhosting
and my own comp

Everytime i get the problem connecting to the database, i tripple checked the settings and every single item i put in is right, it just doesn't work.

You have a nice going app here, please fix it for windows use also

I'm running Pligg 9.9 on Windows (Vista). Try installing WAMP (google it to find it) to get Apache, PHP, MySQL on your PC, then follow the install directions for Pligg. It should work just fine.
