Problem form doesn't work!

The problem form doesn't seem to work on Pligg.com or my website for that matter. But when I checked Meneame.net's website, their problem form worked perfectly. I toyed around with the link.php file but still the problem form won't work. What's the problem with the problem form? Any ideas on how to fix it?

The problem form appears randomly it seems. On beta 7, I read another thread that stated it was because the tags for the video took too much space, covering up the report a bug problem.

If your report a bug option appears on some posts, compare the length of that post's tags with the others. If that's the problem, try editing the code, creating a div, and moving it out of the way of the tags.

Has anyone come up with a system to FLAG problem-reported news submissions to administrators? If not, where does the current report go?
