I think there were 2 recent changes to settemplate.php to secure some CSS hacks. I'm sure that the changes weren't only contained just in that file too. I'll put this on the bug list and have someone work on a fix for the next release unless someone wants to assist us on this thread and post a fix to the SVN version.

Fixed in SVN revision 53. Attached the updated files to this post. These files will work with the SVN version, can't guarantee that it will work perfectly with 9.95.

Yankidank, your fix works with my 9.9.5 installation. Not sure though it it has any effects on other pages.
