URL is invalid or blocked

I'm suddenly getting the "URL is invalid or blocked:" error when submitting some urls. This Pligg is Beta 9.95 and has only been installed for a few weeks.

My spam files are empty, spam checking is turned off and I have turned off Require a URL when submitting.

I think this is a bug because I can change one letter in a url and it works. I don't want to include the failing url here because it's not my site. I would be willing to PM this url to someone for testing.

Here is an example of the url that is failing, and the one that works fine. Again, this is only an example.

http://exampledomaintesting.com/jvm/12ia/197 works
http://exampledomaintesting.com/jvm/12ic/197 fails

Notice the only difference is the change of letter from "a" to "c".

I thought I would just test the two fake urls above, and they both fail.

Again, I will PM you the real working url and real failing url is you want to look into it.

Try turning off URL validation in the admin> Configure> Submit>
