I knew what he was talking about. Basically his site only works with URL method 1. It might be because he didn't remove .default from .htaccess

nish do you have mod_rewrite enabled on you're server?
if you have, follow what kbe said.

if not stick to url method 1 for now, until you contact your service provider to enable mod_rewrite. or alternative.
