story gets promoted with one pligg.

I updated to 5.10. i re-uploaded ALL the files required and re-did my mods (in header, footer and sidebar, and a tiny bit in links_summary) however, after adding in a new storyu, i click "pligg" and it's automaticly promoted to the front page.

I looked in options.php and cannot find the promotion definition. but i havent changed it, and so if in 5.10 the storys require only one vote, then theres a bug!

change 1 to 2 or 3 as you like
