site preview and redirector not working for some

Hi there,

I've been testing with some news submission and realise that some of them, the site preview doesn't work properly. Either the image preview is incomplete, or the site can't be previewed.

And for those who site preview cannot be shown, the redirector url doesn't work.

Tested with sites that are on independent servers (to my best knowledge, they are), no problem.

But for sites that are in a load balanced environment (image shows halfway) and behind a cisco router (preview not available), I am having problem.

Would appreciate some pointers here.

For the incomplete thumbnail site preview, just mouse over the URL on http://www.pHinger.net
Since we are onto the thumbnails, i would like to ask why is the site preview a capture of the older site.
Basically, the snapshot was an older version and i can't help but ask where are the snapshots taken.
