B6 Admin Modify Story Status

I'm just about to go to bed now so I won't look into this until I get up. It looks like when an admin tries to modify a story (change the status) the template shows an unformatted version of the license. My guess is that somehow the admin template was accidentally overwritten by the license somewhere along the line. No clue what template is used for this action.
