The problem form works in IE but not in Firefox. It looks like when you have multiple tags or long tags, the form is pushed down. What about a limit of tags or pussing the promlem form below the tags? Keep up the good work.

After the code change the problem box appears, however upon login they can disappear on IE and Firefox.
