Digital Nature Footer JavaScrip Problem

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to include a javascript call in the footer.tpl within the digitalnature template.

It works in FireFox, however nothing shows up in IE. Here's the code:

Like I said, it works fine in Firefox, but not a damn thing shows up in IE.
