got the problem of admin during installing

after installation,I got the problem below:

'You may login to the admin panel using the login of "god" and password of "12345" ( Open admin panel in new window) and add categories to your Pligg installation.'

but I cant find the 'admin' category,and I input admin_index.php,said 404 error,but the file is exist,why?

how can I login the admin panel?

I C,In windows system,the $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] get nothing!

you can just login through the main site and the admin panel is on the left along with the other options.
or http://www.mysite.com/admin_index.php

But admin panel dosn't even exist, despite what claimed to be a normal install....

URL/admin_index.php gives a 404 error.
