Duplicate categorie URLs will be appear after Utf-8 Chinese characters are used as categorie names. Such as, some four character Utf-8 chinese words will be replaced by eaea, some one or two chinese workds will be replaced by a or e.
By checking the code, categorie names are replaced by some english characters through Cat_Safe_Names() and UmakeCategoryFriendly() funcations inorder to make them friendly to store.
I'm not quite understand the rule of function remove_error_creating_chars($chars), but it is not suite for Utf-8 Chinese characters.
