So... I've discussed this quite a bit in IRC, but I'm posting this problem here in hopes that somebody has the solution. (Or at least to figure out if anyone else is having this problem.)

Here's the error:
Warning: smarty_function_config_load(templates_c/%%14^148^148DE7AA%%lang.conf.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hazha/public_html/plugins/function.config_load.php on line 109

Basically, I never had any problems with the non-smarty pligg, but every installation with smarty that I've done has had these smarty_function_config_load() errors. I've tried chmodding templates_c, I've tried chowning, I've tried making some minor changes to the code, but I'm still getting errors.

Anyone know of a solution?
