I have two article whose URLs don't post correctly

If you click the link you are sent to a blank page. The URL is set to http://www.gamecareerguide.com/featu...ation_the_.php and going to that works fine. I'm guessing this bug is in relation to the title of the article "Crime of a Mâché Nation: The Condescension of Viva Piñata". The accented characters are messing with it all.

Not sure if this is a problem with the URL being too long or the article name which is simply "The Best Cities For Dogs".
