9.6 Categories & modify lang error !!

I install 9.6, and found that I can't change the name of Category .
when I change the name"pligg" and click "save"
it display: failed to save changes

One more thing is... when I'm trying to modify language it happen to be a totally blank page. Who can help me on that ? coz I tried to reinstall about 4 time already and it still the same problem.

FYI - I'm hosting with Dream host, is this the problem ?

No it isn't. I too am there and don't have any issues.
Did you checked the DreamHoststatus.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.DreamHoststatus.com blog?
They had some issues in some servers and I think those are not completely solved yet. Could be your problem but it is rather strange.

Did you still use your "old" theme from 9.5? I had a ton of headackes due to incompatibilities between versions.

Hi, I tried to check on DreamHoststatus.com but there's no my server's name on the list.
do you think it's the problem with the file(s)? I also tried to upload it several time with older version(9.5) but the same problem occur. Now I dunno what to do !!!!

I use macosx and cyberduck(ftp), I also tried using filezilla on PC but it still the same problem.
