v9.5: Submit step 3 related sidebar

When I´m at submit step 3 there is a sidebar with the headline PLIGG_Visual_Top_Stories_In (Category name).

But instead of the category name the category ID is displayed.

Could you provide me a fix?

Make sure you have the latest lang.conf file. When you see things like "PLIGG_Visual_Top_Stories_In" that means it's trying to use a variable from the lang.conf file and it can't find it so it just outputs it as text.

Sorry, if I wrote mistakable:
The value of PLIGG_Visual_Top_Stories_In is displayed correctly but the folowing category name is not there instead there is the category ID.
