Changes
- added new template called paul01
- Added toggle links to sidebar.
- search box will now remember and display searched for text
- Changed second summary to use text instead of varchar. This allows admins to set the second summary limit to more than 255 chars.
- fix for blank admin_config pages.
- Fix for SpellCheckers not working.
- Changed the summary boxes to use <br> when enter key is used.
- profile page requires old password to change the password.
- Changed the vote box to allow a user to vote for the story by clicking the number of votes.
- Added a search bar to the paul01 template.
- Fixed hard-coded "voted" text in xmlhttp
- Profile's now display the correct error when a bmp is uploaded
- Fixed the bug that was causing stories to not be published even if votes to publish was set to 1.
- Added "all, 24 hours, this week, etc" links to top stories in both templates.
- Added users' avatar next to "Welcome, xxxx" in the sidebar.
- Link summary now uses category safe names.
- Misc. security fixes on for inputs.
- God account can be edited.
- Fixes in upgrade.php for CURRENT_TIMESTAMP issues.
