Pligg Beta 4

This is an early version of Beta 4, before a couple fixes. We will have a very much improved Beta 5 out later today that should fix 2 major bugs. I am providing this one to start out this thread.

For security reasons I have decided to repackage the Beta
releases so that the /archives folder (now SQL) is kept
off your server. I have also placed update_passwords.php in
a seperate folder so that it will not expose your user list.

A problem with servers that have allow_url_fopen disabled has
been fixed, allowing you to post stories with the correct
URLs.

New Feature: Advanced Profiles
Profiles now include: AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk, Skype and
IRC fields. I made changes to profile.php, user.php,
createtables.php and libs/user.php for the new profile fields.
