Just small bugfixes. There are no DB changes from R51 to R63, just code.

- B7R51 Logout not working.

- PLIGG_Visual_Podcast_iTunes_Explicit duplicated in options.php
- Links broken from AddFriend landing page
- When viewing friends, it doesn't use my_pligg_base.
- Submit.php uses \ instead of / for errors
- Login page off center.
- B7R51 error during step 3 of submit a story a.k.a. mb_strtolower bug
- Pligg seems to break source links with ampersands
- Extrafields are broken in Beta 7 Note: Not all templates have been updated to fix this bug. Check with the author.
