* Added two methods of Gzip support. Tests have shown 70-75% decrease in page load times
* Fixed URL method 2. Should work for 99.9% of the site. Admin panel does not use it because your users won't see it and search engines won't index it
* Better UTF-8 support that was broken in the beta 8 to beta 9 transition.
* Cleaned up external Vote Button. It now acts like a "digg this!" button but does not support autovoting at this time. There is support for showing the vote count, however.
* Fix for assign() errors caused by modules.
* Added support for being able to sort by time (links at the top of index page) and by category at the same time.
* Fix to check to make sure the selected template exists so your site doesn't crash if you misspell a template name.
* Added a check for GD (during installation). If not installed, registration captcha and uploading avatars is disabled.
* Fix for AdSense mod not showing the correct ID.
* Added a latest comments, latest published, and latest unpublished tabs to the "live" page (thanks to Balise for the idea)
