utf 8 char set in pligg

Hi,

I am looking to change my char set from iso to utf8. Has anybody done this and if so could they let me know what to do?

Do you mean the php pages? I am able to change it to UTF-* and display traditional chinese without problem.

yes...

but did you have to change all the .php files. I would like to support chinese too as well as english on the same pligg site...you see

No, not at all. Only mods you did that you want to display chinese from the php files. If not, the language file should handle everything.
