Display different theme based on domain

I have 4 domains pointing at one site and based on which domain the users accesses the site through, i'd like to display a slightly modified theme.

Would it be better for me to find a contractor to make a module for this type of functionality, or hard code it into the site?

I'm not a programmer, so any advice would be great.
