Paid work for Pligg developer

Hi there,

Currently customizing a pligg site using the latest release 9.9.5 and need help getting the image_upload module to work and also install the video module which allows the playing of youtube or other video's on the site.

Will also need a bit of help securing the site and adding the blacklist anti-spam type features on the site.

please let me know of your experience with some examples and your rates for carrying out these jobs.
