Anyway to edit a submit page to add another data than story detail ?

Hello.

Like the topic name said, I just want to modify the submit page to support for a custom embed code from local video websites by inputting an embed code into "embed code box" separately from story detail.......and video will show in front-end story page below the detail.

Question:
Did anyone release this kind of mod, or any advice to do it? I have my own server, if any modifications to database or php required plz tell me. I'm not a coder but I can modify something.
