I can´t upload an avatar. I think is for the GD I want to know how to install it.

The problem is that he/she put a form inside of a form. The avatar upload section cannot be inside of another form. Once you remove the outer form the avatar section works but the rest of the page is messed up.

I've attached a fix for the users not being able to upload avatars. Just copy this file over your current profile_center.tpl

I've been spending many hours on this template today fixing bugs. If Unu would like this template included in Pligg I will start updating it to the current build of pligg. We've made 234 changes since 8.2 so this might take a bit

Attached is the latest 8.2 version where I fixed a lot of bugs in the admin panel and submitting/editing stories.

oh another problem when u vote for a story it does not get disabled after tht it still says vote instead of voted.
