1 problem with avatar

I cant upload avatars I have GD installed I use to upload an avatar with another template I think is a bug please check it.

Also when I sign in and check another user profile his avatar go to my avatar in the logged in sidebar here is my site http://noticias.tanibol.com

upload seems to work. are you using the latest?
check "I want to upload my own avatar", browse... > upload > save

I do that with Dnv1.03 in pligg 8.2 and work fine for me I want you make a registration in my site and try it please you will see what Im talking about.
