Limiting Width and Add Right Column

Hey guys, before I go hacking away again at the tpl's. I'm wondering if anyone knows which tpl files allows me to modify/limit the width of the page to not extend as far as the window size. I want to modify this because the page on the right side looks very empty when viewed on a large monitor.

I may add or move a column (tag cloud or help menu) to the right side so the top header may not need limiting but it would be useful to know how I could.

Everyone here has been great for assistance. I could't recommend PLIGG and it's community any higher.

If you need fixed width, i'd steal the CSS from a website that already had it, like http://www.pornpligg.com/
