Threaded comments.

If you have some time and can help test, I've added the ability to reply to a comment. Like digg it only allows one level, but I will add support for more levels and leave it up to the admin to decide how many they want on thier site.

Please let me know if you have any bugs.

Also, It's not very pretty to look at yet.

BTW, you need to make sure you're using the 3-column template. (there is a "templates" link on the left)

It looks fine. I noticed that when you rate, the comment moves up or down depending on the rate you get (comments with good rates gets to the top). Maybe you should insert some option too, like on digg, where you can choose to leave the comments by date.
Didn't see any bugs, so that's good too.

It lets me rate my own comment.

This is turning out to be very cool!

Any work on this yet ? I would like a simple layout with the oldest comment first and the newest last.

I think, instead of trying to replicate Digg's comment system, we should try to approach K5s

http://www.kuro5hin.org/

It is very good. It allows for subthreads, sorting, and also has a dynamic nature which is very nice (view Dynamic Threaded)
