It looks like he is asking if anyone over at PHPizabi has done anything like that.

PHPizabi looks interesting, the big turn off though is that a majority of the 'hacks'\modules have to be purchased.

i think the best one, which is also free is a phpbb mod call mpsmod. which is basically a myspace mod and works great. you can check it out here

its nice for something fun on a forum, but for a full fledged site, phpizabi runs amazingly fast.
